A provider who hasn’t finished ID verification doesn’t get the badge, and the app says so plainly. Always look for it.

Questions people ask

Is my provider verified?

Look for the Verified badge on their profile. It means a government ID was checked, a live face match passed, and their profile photo was matched to that face. A provider without the badge has not finished verification, and the app says so.

Can I cancel?

Yes. It’s free until a provider accepts your booking. After that, the cancellation rules in our Terms apply.

How do I pay?

Online with GCash, Maya or a card, or in cash. You see the price before you book.

Who can see my phone number?

Your provider, once a booking exists. Phone numbers are not shown on profiles.

How do providers get paid?

Earnings go to the provider’s YANO wallet when a job completes, and they can withdraw from ₱500.
